Now Boarding out of LAX
Destination Strength is based on the Westside of Los Angeles, in the South Bay. In-Person Training is available from Santa Monica to Torrance (Playa Vista, Manhattan Beach, El Segundo, Redondo Beach, and surrounding areas). We can meet you at your home, in a public park, or in gyms that provide written approval.
One-on-one virtual training is also available from anywhere in the world!
