Trevor Canton-Hudson is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, and EPTI Certified Mat Pilates Instructor. As a world traveler and former athlete (competitive gymnast & competitive springboard diver), Trevor has over two decades worth of experience finding effective and creative ways to stay fit even when life gets its busiest. His love for travel and fitness and a desire to share that passion with others inspired DESTINATION STRENGTH.

Rew

Rew Connard is a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. After working as a flight attendant for half a decade, he noticed that our diets and lifestyle choices tend to be not so sustainable. His favorite hobby is finding at-home fast food hacks and giving his clients the tools they need to understand their diets and even show them how to make their own fast food favorites at home with a sustainable, nutrient dense twist.
Rew primarily operates as a Virtual Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach for Destination Strength.
